Description:

Catharus thrushes, such as Hermit and Swainson’s Thrushes are difficult to distinguish. I reached out to the Texas birding community for help on this bird. The Convention Centre on South Padre Island, Texas is a first rate birding destination. I spent several hours in the morning and several more in the afternoon on this day.
