I visited this location Friday evening to meet a friend for a sandwich. We sat near the boat dock, and I noticed a small gull in flight over the boat dock. A closer investigation revealed three Bonaparte’s Gulls among the other gulls and mudhens. The light was too poor to take pictures, so I returned in the morning but these gulls were missing. Another check later in the afternoon found them back, and I managed to get a few pictures before they flew off.
