African Birds

I gathered these images in 1996 & 1998-9 using negative film and less than optimal camera gear. There are some very poor images in this set, mostly due to the way negative film degrades in time. As much as it pains me to display such poor images, there is some value in evaluating my progress as a photographer. Though birds were not my primary target during this period, I seemed to have been paying some attention to them even then.
