2020-12-22 Bosque Snow Geese
Snow Geese come in several flavors. Dominant are the pure white geese. Also present are the dark morphs, known as Blue Geese. As I understand, only the full adult birds have rosy red bills and feet. Juveniles have black beaks and feet, and sub-adult beaks and feet are often transitioning from the dark beaks and feet with elements of red appearing.
